The BioNet® Bioreactor is the latest in autoclavable benchtop glass vessels. Available in a range of sizes: 3, 5, 7, 15 and 20 liters total volume. All metal components are manufactured from 316L stainless steel with electropolish.
Integral scaling, improved component designs and extensive product inventory makes this the most user-friendly bioreactor available.

Modular Benchtop Bioreactors

Modular Benchtop Bioreactors Control System:

The new Modular BioNet system was designed to completely clear the bench-top of control components allowing all control equipment to be mounted underneath or above the bench-top on a shelf. This space saving design frees up the entire benchtop to be used for more vessels or analytical instruments and significantly reduces the traditional wiring clutter associated with multi vessel installations. Options include Locally Mounted Touch Screens and Secure Wireless PC Tablet. This system design breaks the Bioreactor Control System into three smaller subcomponents:

  • Pump Module
  • Gas MFC Module
  • Dual Vessel Utility Module
Single Use Bioreactor (SUB) System

Single-Use Bioreactor (SUB) Control System:

The Thermo Scientific HyClone S.U.B. (Single-Use Bioreactor) with BioNet® control provides all the advantages of single-use bioprocessing with the power and flexibility of DeltaV™ control.

The BioNet S.U.B. System is a turnkey product to replace the long lead time stainless steel bioreactor vessels used previously. The combination of BioNet and HyClone products results in a flexible, rapid, and powerful option to quickly update or increase your bioreactor capacity.

The System consists of a reusable stainless steel outer support container and HyClone S.U.B. BioProcess Container (BPC) which integrate with the BioNet/DeltaV Bioreactor Control System.

pH and DO Sensors

pH and Dissolved Oxygen Sensors:

All Broadley-James OxyProbe and Fermprobe sensors are specifically designed for use in Biotech and Pharma applications. The materials of construction used are all FDA positive listed, and USP Class VI elastomers and o-rings are available upon request. We offer the widest range of housings and fittings so you get the exact seal required for your vessel, be it circa 1970’s vintage Fermenter or a 2009 Single Use bag; we have a sensor and a fitting to allow you to get the best measurement possible. Fast Response combined with Durable and robust mechanical designs means better results and fewer in-situ failures.

BioNet CellCube System

BioNet CellCube Control System:

The CellCube System provides a fast, simple, and compact method for the mass culture of attachment-dependent cells. It uses a tissue culture treated growth surface for cell attachment, and continually perfuses the cells with fresh medium for increased cell productivity.
